The Chairman of the Committee, I. Kaletnik stressed that the Bill (Reg №3486) is prepared "with the aim to provide the implementation of the items 10 and 24 of the Law of Ukraine "On organization and law basis of the organized crime fight".
According to the Bill it is planned to propose that the President of Ukraine should cancel the Order from 19th of October 2007 "On the adoption of T. Durdynets on the post of the Vice-Chairman of the Security Service of Ukraine The Chairman of the Main Administration on Fighting Organized Crime and Corruption" as his candidate was not coordinated with the profile committee.
